You'll be able to see who is calling before you decide whether or not to answer the phone. With a caller ID unit installed, you can store numbers that called you, so you can use it as a message center.

Caller ID is also available with NDTC's television service. The Caller's Name and/or Number will appear on your television screen when you get a call.
