Clicking on the link below will take you to NDTC's Change Plan form.
To use this page, you must authenticate to the server.
When you click the link, a screen similar to the following will appear:
Type in your login name in the "User Name" field.
Your login name is the beginning of your e-mail address (login-name@gondtc.com).
Then type your password in the "Password" field.
Your password is the password that you use to connect to NDTC, or your e-mail password.
Finally, click "OK".
You will be granted access to the Change Plan page.
