How to Change Your E-mail Password

If you DO NOT know your password, you will need to call 701-662-1100 or 800-880-4213 to have your password reset. Once your call has been answered, ask to have your e-mail password reset.

If you DO know your password, follow the steps below.

1. From NDTC's website go to Internet --> Tools --> Web Mail (or go to http://mail.gondtc.com/)

2. Once you are at the Web Mail screen, type in your user name and current password and click on "Sign In".

3. Once you are in your web mail, look at the upper right and find the "Options". Click on Options.

4. You are now in the Options Screen of your Web Mail. Make sure the "General" list is open or has a "-" in front of it.
Find Change Password and click on it.

5. Once you are in the Change Password box. Follow steps 1-5.

1. Type in your Old Password
2. Type in your New Password
3. Type in your New Password again.
4. Click on APPLY
5. Click on Close.

Your password is now changed.
